Oté Group and Barnaux join forces

Starting 1 January 2009, the Dutch Barnaux and Oté Group, both suppliers of contact lens care products, will merge. Barnaux will become part of the Oté Group, which means that all business processes will take place at Oté’s facilities in Uden and Goch. This merger between Oté and Barnaux encompasses both products and production levels.

This change will be barely noticeable to Barnaux customers. Oté Group will handle all production and logistics from a single location. As a result, Barnaux production will no be longer dependent on external companies, thereby offering more flexibility to customers. The Barnaux and Oté Group combined product range will be more extensive and new opportunities will be created in product development, delivery speed optimisation and improved service levels.
